With four convenient offices to serve you, you can get the medical care your child needs without traveling far from home. And, with early-morning walk-in visits, and after-hours care at night and on weekends, you can always see a provider you trust while avoiding a lengthy wait at a pediatric urgent care.

Practice history

Novant Health Forsyth Pediatrics opened its doors on July 11, 1988. The original pediatricians in the practice were Drs. Earnhardt, Sawyers, Rogers and Walker. Dr. Walker opened the Kernersville office with only 150 patients. We have since grown to include 45 employees and 15 providers at multiple convenient locations.
