Prenatal appointments
When you are expecting a baby, there are many decisions to make: What should we name her? What color should his room be? Is a dinosaur mobile too scary?
Along with all the fun choices comes a very important one: Who is the best pediatrician for my child? How do I choose my baby's pediatrician?
At Novant Health Forsyth Pediatrics, we're here to help you make that decision. We offer prenatal appointments so expectant parents can visit any of our offices, meet our providers and learn more about our practice. We'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Don't know what to ask? That's okay, too! We'll show you what our pediatricians' offices are all about and what services are here for your child. We'll even explain how insurance works for newborns and how to about scheduling your baby's first visit after birth.
Call any office you would like to visit to schedule a prenatal appointment today! It's never too early to find the best pediatric care for your child. Prenatal appointments are done on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at 4:30pm by appointment only. A twenty-four hour notification to cancel an appointment is required.
Breastfeeding assistance
Novant Health Forsyth Pediatrics understands that while breastfeeding is natural, it isn't always naturally easy! Karen Harrell, RN and Kerry Middleton, RN are here to help you with breastfeeding concerns before and after your baby arrives. As a Certified Lactation Educator, Kerry and Karen can answer your questions and help make breastfeeding a positive experience for you and your baby.
