Felt rushed but all in all good care

Mr. Bill was more than patient with my 10 year old child after she had a total meltdown while trying to get a nasal swab test for Covid. He have her two breaks and third time we got it done about 10 mins later. He never appeared frustrated and gave her a reassuring talk afterwards to let her know he could be trusted with her well being. I was very impressed and appreciated his kindness.

My kids went to this same place since they were born, Bill Rickets would see them each and every time (now they are 20 and 17 ?). No words to express mine and my family’s affection and gratitude for this person and the entire office. Simply outstanding!

Dr. Bill did extremely well. The first few questions that we answered with a 2 was really incorrect. I didn't listen to the whole question. They should have been 4s. They should have been all fours. It's a great place to take your child. Thank you Dr. Bill.

Bill Ricketts has over thirty years of experience taking care of children as a physician assistant. He feels the most important and rewarding part of his job is watching children grow into healthy adults. Bill is happily married, with two sons in college. Away from work he enjoys woodworking and assisting Boy Scouts as an assistant scoutmaster.
