This "provider" is the worst one I have ever been too. Took my sick toddler in, no strep test or flu test or covid test was done and his ears were not even checked..I was told he had an upper respiratory infection and given a nebulizer and sent home. My son was sick for a while week with a fever of 104+....for a WHOLE WEEK!! I took him back to his original practice,, which was 30mins away from where i live and because of that i was trying to find a decent one close by but i never thought that Novant would be this much of a joke!! His previous practice did their job and found out that he had an ear infection. He was suffering that whole time. His infection got so bad I had to take him and his brother....which by the way Novant refused to see at the same time claiming 2 new patients they will not do at one time....and they were in the hospital with fevers of 104+. Hospital did the tests that EVERY pediatric doctor with common sense would do and it turned out my boys had RSV. It's sad and a disappointment to realize that Novant has such terrible doctors to check on the health of kids. I will NEVER be brining my kids here again and will make sure to tell others the same. Kids are not a toy, or a test subject...they require the CORRECT diagnosis and care, and this office lacks in it!
