After-hours care is available to serve children with acute medical concerns such as sore throats and upset stomachs. After-hours care is available at our Kernersville location:
- 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Noon until 6 p.m. Saturday.
- 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday.

Novant Health Forsyth Pediatrics opened its doors on July 11, 1988. The original pediatricians in the practice were Drs. Earnhardt, Sawyers, Rogers and Walker. Dr. Walker opened the Kernersville office with only 150 patients. It has now grown to include 45 employees and 15 providers at four different locations.
